Our heating and homogenizing mixing tank is a multi-functional industrial unit combining precise inside the pot temperature control, high-shear homogenization and efficient circulating stirring, perfectly satisfying complex production demands in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and fine chemical industries. Fabricated with mirror-polished 316L stainless steel and seamless rounded welds, it adheres to strict GMP standards, with smooth inner walls free of dead corners to prevent material buildup and simplify full cleaning and disinfection.
 
The jacketed heating system offers stable, adjustable heating to melt waxes and maintain consistent raw material temperatures. The bottom homogenizer head operates in tandem with the main stirring assembly, delivering powerful cutting and dispersion to split oil and water phases thoroughly. This coordinated dual-action system eliminates particle clumping and yields ultra-smooth, homogenous emulsions with long-term texture stability.

Wall-scraping Stirring System 

Our customized tank wall scrapers deliver consistent wiping action as the agitator rotates at low speed, constantly clearing viscous materials stuck to the inner tank surface. This effective sweeping avoids material adhesion, localized overheating and scorching issues, protecting your formula's original quality during heating and emulsification cycles.

The matched stirring frame optimizes heat exchange and internal circulation, creating full fluid flow even when processing thick, high-viscosity creams, ointments and pastes. It completely eliminates static dead mixing zones inside the tank, making every batch evenly blended with consistent texture and particle fineness.

All scraper blades are manufactured with food and pharmaceutical compliant hygienic materials to satisfy strict GMP production requirements. The modular structure enables quick disassembly and convenient replacement of worn scrapers. Mirror-polished tank and agitator surfaces leave no hidden residue, supporting fast thorough cleaning between different formulas, drastically cutting downtime for maintenance and batch switching.

Homogenizer Head

This built-in bottom homogenizing head is the core emulsifying component of our mixing tank, fully fabricated from mirror-polished 316L stainless steel to meet strict GMP standards for daily chemical manufacturing, ideal for producing shampoo, hair conditioner, hair mask, body wash, facial essence, dish soap and car wash liquid shown in the picture. Its slotted rotor-stator structure delivers powerful high-speed cutting, dispersion and emulsification performance.

When operating, the rotating rotor generates strong suction to draw oil and water raw materials into the narrow gap between rotor and stator. Intense mechanical shear, impact and turbulence break down large material particles rapidly, thoroughly blending immiscible phases into smooth, stable liquid formulas without agglomeration.

It works perfectly with the wall-scraping stirring frame to form a dual mixing system, eliminating circulation dead zones inside the tank. The integrated bottom installation leaves no residual blind corners for easy CIP cleaning and sterilization. Quick disassembly design simplifies inspection and maintenance, effectively shortening formula switching downtime while guaranteeing uniform delicate texture for all liquid detergent and hair care batches.

Discharge Outlet 

This mixing tank of sanitary discharge outlet, jacket water inlet and outlet pipelines, perfectly matched for producing shampoo, hair conditioner, hair mask, body wash, facial essence, dish soap and car wash liquid. All pipes and valves adopt mirror-polished 316L stainless steel with clamp quick-connect structure, fully complying with GMP sanitation standards.

The large-caliber bottom discharge port enables complete and fast outflow of finished viscous liquid products with no leftover residues inside the tank. Supporting full emptying without dead zones, it drastically cuts manual cleaning work after each batch. The independent jacket water inlet and outlet form a closed thermal circulation loop, delivering even heating or cooling to precisely control material temperature during emulsification.

Sanitary ball valves are installed on each pipeline for easy switch control of discharge. The whole structure is easy to disassemble for deep flushing and sterilization. It stabilizes continuous batch production of various daily care and cleaning products, improving discharging efficiency while ensuring consistent product quality.

Stainless Steel Electrical Control Panel

This integrated stainless steel control cabinet serves as the central operation hub for the mixing tank, perfectly suited for manufacturing shampoo, hair conditioner, hair mask, body wash, facial essence, dish soap and car wash liquid. It is equipped with core control components including agitator inverter, homogenizer inverter and digital thermostat, alongside voltmeter, ammeter, timer and full set of indicator lights and operation buttons.

The two independent frequency converters allow stepless speed adjustment for the wall scraping stirrer and bottom homogenizer separately. Operators can freely set mixing and emulsifying speeds to match different product viscosities. The high-precision digital thermostat delivers real-time temperature monitoring and automatic constant temperature control for the jacket heating system.

All functions are controlled via intuitive buttons and switches, with power, heating and running status clearly displayed by indicator lamps. A dedicated emergency stop button ensures safe instant shutdown during abnormal conditions. The compact, user-friendly layout simplifies batch parameter setup, stabilizes consistent production and lowers operation difficulty for daily chemical processing.

Q: How long is your warranty? After warranty, what if we encounter problem about the machine?

Q: How can you control the quality before delivery?
A: First, our component/spare parts providers test their products before they offer com- ponents to us.Besides, our quality
control team will test machines performance or running speed before shipment. We would like to invite you come to our factory to verify machines yourself. If your schedule is busy, we wil take a video to record the testing procedure and send the video to you.
 
Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?
A: Our machines are fool-style operation design,very easy to operate.Besides,before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines'functions and to teach you how to use them.If needed engineers are available to come to your factory to help install machines, test machines and teach your staff to use the machines.
